Return Policy

At Say wish, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
▫️The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
▫️ The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
▫️ Items marked as “Final Sale”, customized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
▫️Customized or personalized products.
▫️Made-to-order items.
▫️Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at info.saywish@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:
▫️Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
▫️Approved refunds will be processed within [7-10 business days] to the original payment method.
▫️Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [48 hours] of receiving the order. Share clear photos of the damage or defect for our review. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations
▫️Orders can be canceled within [24 hours] of placing the order by contacting us at info.saywish@gmail.com.
▫️Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for size or color replacements of the same product.

If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.

Within 3-5 business days we will pick up the old product & deliver the new product within 5-7 business days.

 

 

How to Initiate a Return?

Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

Ship the product back using a reliable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
